If you are interested in one of the apartments, please complete the form below and submit it for our review. Assuming the apartment is available, we will email you a deposit agreement that you can fill out and sign. You will need to return the form along with a non-refundable deposit of $500 per tenant. Upon commencement of your lease, the $500 deposit will be held as a security deposit to be applied against damages to the property or breach of lease.
Once the signed form and all security deposits are received, we certify that the apartment will be ready for your occupancy 3 days prior to the start of the semester. We are happy to work with you if sports or other commitments require you to move in earlier; please just let us know that at the time you reserve the apartment. Please note that we require year leases for at least two of the three tenants in the apartment and that Fall semester rent is due by 1 August and Spring semester rent by 1 January. Failure of any lessee to make the full rental payment will result in breach of the rental agreement and loss of security deposit. We do make allowances for those awaiting financial aid and can defer payment until after the semester begins (proof of award of financial aid required). If you have any questions, please contact us.
