At Cacciola Properties Services, LLC we take our responsibility for providing your sons and daughters with safe, affordable, high quality student housing very seriously. Our apartments are some of the closest possible to campus and the 1/2 mile distance is easily walkable at anytime day or night. All have updated appliances and are regularly painted and updated to keep them fresh, clean, and of the highest quality. Our current rental expenses are more than $1300 per semester *less* than on-campus housing while covering all utilities with the exception of electricity, phone and internet.
